Through the simple and nourishing practices of Somatic Retuning (movement practice), and Somatic Intuning (stillness practice) this eight-class course will mobilise and recalibrate your body, which is deeply beneficial not only to your body but also to mind and mood. By continuous tuning into physical sensations, whatever they may be, mind becomes quieter, clearer and calmer, allowing you to become more freely comfortable and relaxed with yourself, just as you are, and at ease within the world around you, just as it is.
EACH CLASS WILL BE RECORDED and available for you to use as often as you wish for the following seven days.
