This course will provide a practice to support and nourish your body and mind, through movement and stillness.
Consisting of seven classes, taught in a step-by-step progressive manner, the instructions given invite participants, week by week, deeper into their experience of what is actually happening in their bodies. In this way mind can become absorbed in the activity of the body, and therefore take a well deserved rest, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, alert and ready for life.
EACH CLASS WILL BE RECORDED and available for you to use as often as you wish for the following seven days.
