Meditation is an invitation to do nothing, and simply let go into what is in fact actually happening in and as your experience. This practice is simple, challenging, and profoundly rewarding.
Somatic meditation is the practice of sitting in silent stillness, feeling as clearly and deeply as possible, the sensations that are being generated by the body. Sitting can be done on chair, bench or cushion, which ever is more comfortable.
